Many decisions led to the one that landed founders, Syd and Brian, into the same New York City kitchen where they met. Decisions that spanned world travels and choosing culinary school over medical school.

After a season in the culinary scene in NYC, Syd and Brian began hosting private dinners everywhere and anywhere they could. 

Lessons learned, memories made, and the biggest decision yet: planting roots in Denver.

The couple's first concept, The Guest, was taking off and then came the sister concept of The Regular.  An approachable, yet elevated extension of the business. Modern cuisine with Peruvian flair, intentional wine & spirits offerings, and craft cocktails that are out of this world.
